When scheduling an appointment with The Holistic Refinery, whether over the phone or through our online booking system, Jane App, we will request some information to secure your appointment.

The Holistic Refinery requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Please note this excludes any emergencies. We value our health practitioners and clients' time in which a canceled or missed appointment leaves a gap in the practitioner's schedule that could be filled by a patient in need. Though we do understand that things can happen! If we do not receive 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your appointment in full. We have optimized our website and online booking to make it easy for you to schedule, change or cancel an appointment.
